Due to high demand, limited availability and to be more accessible there is not a free intro call for this option. If you would prefer more choice and to have someone more experienced than a Trainee there are also Associate Therapists available.

2. Get Professionally Matched
Our Lead Therapist carefully reviews your form and matches you with a Therapist who is on placement - within 24-48hrs.

3. Check Your Email
You will receive some personalised guidance along with your match’s details. Also the discounted booking link - £25 for a live calendar to get started plus some information on therapy.

4. Choose Your Way
When you’re ready you can go with our recommended Therapist or occasionally there is the option to choose as these are dependant on availability - start usually within a week.
