Due to high demand and limited availability for the discounted sessions there is not a free intro call.
All Trainees are with a good level provider, have a support/training package around them at Silver Linings and a minimum of 2 years experience of working professionally with people. They’re also signed off as fit for practice before commencing client work. If you would prefer more choice and to have someone more advanced than a Trainee there are also Associate Therapists available.
If you choose to go ahead discounted sessions are £25 fixed rate.

You will receive some personalized guidance along with your match’s details. Also a discounted booking link for a live calendar.

4. Choose Your Way
When you’re ready you can go with our recommended Therapist or if you need another option occasionally this is possible dependent on availability.
